PICK-UP POLICY

Notification: Contact your Sales & Marketing Representative or Customer Service promptly. A KFS Representative will process a credit application/pick-up slip to present to your driver. The driver will pick up the pre-determined products and check the product condition and then sign the credit application/ pick-up slip. An account representative must also sign the document. Authorization for credit approval of dated perishables products is not at the discretion of our driver.

white bullet point Authorized credits will be issued promptly in approximately 10 business days.
white bullet point Products should be returned in the original case in good condition.
white bullet point Customer service is authorized to process credit applications/pick-up slips and forward with the next day delivery for Pick Up. The same signing requirements are necessary.
white bullet point KFS reserves the right to assess a restocking/additional handling fee of up to 10% in isolated circumstances. (Example: Account over-purchased and requests # of cases picked up for credit).
