As we approach our 60th anniversary, I am pleased to announce that effective September 7th 2023, our 3rd generation family-owned and operated company became a founding member of Legacy Food Group (“LFG”) through a transaction whereby assets of Keck’s Food Service, Inc. were acquired by KFS LFG, LLC (“KFS”). Through the acquisition and as a founding member, our integration and operating division will be business as usual for our team, clients and supplier partners. KFS’ “d/b/a-doing business as” will remain “Keck’s Food Service” and there will be no changes regarding our management and overall team.

I want to assure you that this announcement will result in no change to your existing service. The Keck’s team of dedicated professionals, including Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, Drivers and All Departments, will remain unchanged. Our leadership team and staff will continue to operate with autonomy in our local market as an operating division of LFG.

I couldn’t be prouder of our family-owned and operated company, our legacy, our team, our customer commitment, and position for the future. As Division President of Keck’s and member of Legacy Food Group’s Board of Directors, I am committed to ensuring that the company’s legacy, reputation, and leadership position within our market area is maintained and that the new structure will provide expanded resources to support our clients’ current and future needs.

Our relationship with UniPro Foodservice will be unchanged, as Legacy Food Group will also partner with UniPro as a Stockholder Member.
